The Guanpufang Comprehensive Service Center is located in the Hukou Waterfall Scenic Area of the Yellow River in Yichuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province.It will be transformed into a comprehensive service center which includes the interior renovation of the building, the renovation of the exterior facade of the building, the renovation of the square in front of the building, the parking lot, the construction of greening and related supporting facilities.

The total investment of the project is 75 million yuan, and the construction area is 7970 square meters. The interior of the building has been renovated to become a comprehensive service center. The functional areas are relocated, souvenir retail functions are retained, and catering, meeting rooms, multi-function halls and other scenic service supporting functions are added. At the same time, the Yellow River Geological Research Center,the Yellow River Archaeological Research Center and the flood control command center are built.
